Sober Sisterhood in Magical Lake Tahoe
Join us September 2–6, 2025 for a magical summer retreat on Tahoe’s east shore — famous for its cerulean-blue water, golden granite peaks, and laid-back mountain-town vibes. The only thing more magical than the lake views from our cabins will be the incredible women we get to share them with.
This retreat is packed with adventure: kayaking and paddleboarding on crystal clear water, a full pontoon day with unicorn floaties + music blasting, a 3-mile hike with EPIC lake views, morning cold plunges, and plenty of time to lounge on the beach or embark on a side quest along the shoreline.
And when we’re not out exploring? We’ll be grounding our hearts with yoga, bonding over fireside share circles, digging deep in workshops, and playing connection games that make us laugh while bringing us even closer.
If you’re craving bucket-list adventure and a transformational experience alongside a pack of uplifting, inspiring, semi-feral sober women… then this retreat is calling your name.
This Retreat is for You if:
- You love being active and outdoors and feel most alive out in nature.
- You’re craving sisterhood with like-minded sober misfits who laugh hard, feel deeply, and support each other fiercely.
- You want a safe space to be open, honest, vulnerable, and completely yourself.
- You're into personal development, inner growth, and talking about deep sh*t.
- You're excited to participate in an active retreat at 6,500ft elevation with daily movement and lots of stairs (our location is nestled on a beautiful, steep hillside).
- You're ready to contribute to creating a safe, judgement-free zone with respect for everyone's unique sobriety journey.
- You want to create a sober life that feels so exciting and magical that your drinking days can't even COMPETE!
About Lake Tahoe
If Lake Tahoe isn’t already on your sober bucket list, add it TODAY! The lake sits at 6,225 feet and the water is so clear you can see up to 70 feet straight down (so when you're paddleboarding you're basically floating on liquid sapphire).
Tahoe straddles California and Nevada, and we'll be posted up REAL close to stateline! The lake itself is is over 2 million years old! She's witnessed centuries of human growth, healing, and existential crises so you’ll fit right in.
The water temp? CRISP year-round and perfect for morning cold plunges while screaming joyfully into the void with your new sober sisters.
Add in 360° lookout points, cinematic trails, healing mountain energy, and sunsets that make all your troubles melt away… and you’ve got the ultimate playground for adventure, connection, and pure magic.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the physical requirements?
This retreat is considered active.
Day 2 includes an optional 3-mile hike with 800 ft of elevation gain, and the property itself sits on a steep hill. Translation: you'll be climbing lots of stairs—like, stairs to your cabin, stairs to the beach, stairs to meeting spaces, stairs to the café… stairs to enlightenment.
You’ll also be at 6,200 ft elevation, so if you're coming from low elevation, expect to feel a little more winded than usual. Totally normal!
Do I have to participate in every activity?
Definitely not! If there's a day you prefer to stay back and relax, that's totally cool! Our cabins are nestled on a property with access to the lake, a beach, lots of shoreline, a cozy cafe, and more!
What do I need to bring?
If your application is accepted, we'll be sure to send you a detailed packing list! You'll also be invited to a private IG chat for this retreat where you can connect and coordinate with the other retreaters (and stay in touch afterwards!)
Otherwise, we recommend bringing big smiles, open hearts, and your best dad jokes.
How sober do I have to be?
While we welcome women at all stages of their journey with alcohol, it’s important to note that the retreat environment centers around open and vulnerable conversations about sobriety and personal growth.
If you are sober-curious or early in your journey, we ask that you reflect on whether you are ready to engage in a supportive, safe space where sobriety is a shared commitment among participants and openly discussed.
Most importantly, we seek to create a safe and respectful environment where everyone feels supported in their unique path in sobriety.
